Lake View Estates

Lake View Estates, is located adjacent to Lake Jack Nolen east of downtown Greenwood. Homes vary in size and price with some having lake front access.

Meadowbrooks South

Estate size acreage lots in the center of town with beautiful views, lazy creek and prettytrees. Lot prices start at $25,000 for 1 1/2 to 2 acre lots to $50,000. Home prices from$130,000. City water, gas, electric, cable TV, septic system and garbage pickup.

Westwood

Westwood is one of Greenwood's newer subdivisions and is conveniently located off west center street with a short, safe walk to Westwood Elementary School. It has access to city water, gas electric and sewer. Streets are curbed and guttered. Home prices range from $90,000 to $125,000.

Webster Oaks

A private subdivision tucked in among towering trees. Streets are paved and guttered. Homes range from $110,000 to $180,000. Access to city water, sewer, cable T. V., gas, electric and garbage pick up is provided.

Deer Woods Estate

The subdivision includes four acres of estate size living, wooded and privacy on black-top road. Wildlife abounds-country estate living in city limits. City water, septic systems, gas, electric, cable TV., and garbage pickup.

Shadow Lake

Resort-like living is the theme at Shadow Lake. This established neighborhood is currently undergoing new construction. There are some lots on the private lake's water front. Homes range in price from $100,000 to $300,000. This area is out side the city limits and serviced by county roads, AOG gas, electric. The City of Greenwood provides water and sewer. Shadow Lake has a park area where those not living on the lake have access to a boat ramp, dock, and swimming area. The park also contains picnic areas, volleyball net, a full basketball court, &, or tennis court, walking track, and sandy beach. Dues to belong to the Association are $125 per year with a one-time joining fee of $100.

Park Heights

Establish neighborhood in convenient location for those working in Fort Smith. Just off West Center Street, this neighborhood has well kept homes ranging from $70,000 to $130,000. All utilities are available.

Lake Hills

Lake Hills is just east of the town square off of Mt. Harmony Rd. (across from Highway 96). The homes in this neighborhood vary in age from brand new construction to fifteen years. The roads are curbed and guttered with city water, sewer, gas, electric, cable T.V., and garbage pick up. Most homes have a pretty mountain view. Home prices vary from $100,000 to $300,000, the more expensive homes being on Marymount at the top of the hill. Well Junior High and Easthills Middle School are within walking distance.

Heritage Hills

This very convenient, established neighborhood lies just north of the high school and fair grounds. City streets, sewer, city water, electric, gas, cable T.V., and garbage pick up is available. These well kept homes range from $90,000 to $175,000 on average. It is within walking distance of North Main Elementary and Greenwood High School.

Crooked Creek

Crooked Creek is a lovely, newly established neighborhood for those who enjoy subdivision living. Located just off West Center, the streets are paved and guttered with electric, gas, city water, sewer, cable T.V. and garbage pick up. Home prices from $110,000 to $160,000.

Creekwood

Creekwood is a new subdivision east of town across from Vache Grasse Country Club. The streets are curbed and guttered with electric, gas sewer, city water, cable T.V. and garbage pick up. Homes vary from $70,000 to $110,000. This is a great place to live for golfers, retirees and first time home-buyers.

Grandview

Grandview is a newly established subdivision of west Denver. Curbed and guttered streets, city water, electric, gas, cable T.V. and garbage pick up. Home prices range from $60,000 to $85,000.

Indian Hills

Indian Hills is a more established neighborhood off west Denver with paved and guttered streets, city water, electric, cable T.V. and garbage pick up. Home prices range from $50,000 to $85,000.

Greenwood West

Greenwood West is an established subdivision off west Denver. Curbed and guttered streets, city water, electric, cable T.V. and garbage pick up are available.

Hill Addition

Very private addition that backs to a wooded area. Lots are two to five acres with homes 1500 sq. ft and up. Homes vary from new to 20 years in age. Most homes have a wonderful view. Home prices vary from $110,000 to $200,000. This addition is located in the northeast part of Greenwood.

Lowes Addition

A new subdivision with large tree-covered lots, and views of the mountains. City sewer, water, cable T.V., gas electric and garbage pickup. Homes range in value from $95,000 to $175,000.

Bellwood

Older well established neighborhood adjacent to Vache Grasse Golf Course with homes ranging from new to 25+ years. Prices of homes vary from $85,000 to $175,000.

Stonebridge Estates

Stonebridge Estates is an extension of the Meadowbrooks South addition located in the city limits. It has large view lots with lots of large old trees. It is just now being developed with new homes under construction. There are restrictions as to size and type of homes. The lots have all of the city amenities such as city water, gas, electric, cable television and garbage pickup. Lots are priced from $25,000.

Forrest Hills

A new housing addition located east of Greenwood. There are existing homes, some under construction and lots available. Several area builders have constructed a variety of sizes and designs in this addition at a great range of prices. Lots are generous in size with native trees. Forrest Hills is adjacent to Vache Grasse County Club and within walking distance of Wells Junior High and East Hills Middle School.

Riley Farms

Riley Farms is a planned community development located on Hwy 71 between Fort Smith and Greenwood. This addition is within the city limits of Fort Smith but serviced by the Greenwood School District. Homes range from $150,000 to $650,000 with large lots. Streets are paved and lighted.

Other older additions in Greenwood include Bell, Dawson, Owsley, Wilkinson, Johnson, Faith, Fairview, Oliver, Glemoor and Home Addition. These area's have older stable homes in the heart of Greenwood. Great for people who like to preserve older homes and those who like small town neighborhoods.
